*Media Alert* Rosalie, the latest addition to the Fearless Restaurants

In late summer 2019, Fearless Restaurants will be bringing a taste of Italy to Wayne. Rosalie, will feature Italian soul food, "deeply routed in tradition, heritage, and technique." Executive Chef Merick Devine spent over six years at Frasca Food and Wine, a James Beard restaurant in Boulder, Colorado. Think "a perpetually changing menu sculpted by seasonality and the best of local and traditional Italian ingredients."

Rosalie is named for Fearless Restaurants' owner Marty Grims' mother, whose family emigrated from Italy. It will be open for brunch, lunch, and dinner daily. It will also offer outdoor dining and plenty of private event space. This brings the count of Fearless Restaurants on the Main Line to four, including White Dog Haverford, White Dog Wayne, and Autograph Brasserie
