*Media Alert* White Dog Cafe's September "Toast the Trees" Partnership with Angel's Envy

Throughout September, White Dog Cafe is partnering with Angel's Envy for their "Toast the Trees" project. For every Angel's Envy cocktail that is posted to social media with #ToastTheTrees, Angel's Envy will plant a tree in Kentucky. In fact, all three White Dog Cafe locations will feature the "Fashioned Faux Paw" - Angel's Envy, Peychaud's, Angostura, molasses, amarena cherry, lemon, Q Brand grapefruit soda, orange, and toasted rosemary. 

This cocktail's a "faux paw" in the sense that it includes many ingredients that would normally ruin an old fashioned. But perhaps Fearless Restaurants' Beverage Director Len Boris has created a drink that's so "perfectly imperfect" that it just works. Be sure to stop by throughout the month of September to try this drink out - and don't forget.
