Bread & Butter Review

This is for a series of posts for the Borgata Hotel & The Water Club including: Bobby Flay SteakWolfgang Puck American Grille, Wolfgang Puck American Grille [2], The CafeteriaTony Luke'sN.O.W.N.O.W. When I stay at the Borgata or the Water Club, I usually indulge in an excessive breakfast or brunch courtesy of my Black Card perks and comps. But every once in awhile, a quick bite will do. Bread & Butter is great for just that.

Located across from 28 West, Bread & Butter is like a little cafe oasis amidst all the slot machines.

Turkey Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Roll [$7.50]

The GF went with a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese roll on this particular morning. I'm normally not fond of turkey sausage, but this had decent flavor. The eggs and cheese were the perfect blanket beneath and the roll was soft and pliant.

Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Roll [$7.50]

I went with the bacon iteration on this sandwich and was glad I did. There was quite a bit of crispy thick-cut bacon - salty, fatty, delicious.

So if you're not in the mood for an all-you-can-eat buffet, stop on by Bread & Butter. Even in this type of setting, real silverware is provided and better yet, you can get quality eats.
